The Western Australian Institute for Medical Research (WAIMR), in conjunction with Research Australia, will host a seminar to explore the predicted health impacts of climate change.
A group of WA's leading researchers will discuss the possible dangers climate change could pose for our health including infectious diseases, asthma and eye disease.
'The Health Impact of Climate Change' will be held in the morning of Monday November 12 at the University Club of Western Australia in Nedlands.
The event is part of Research Australia's 'Thank You Day 2007' campaign which honours the efforts of medical researchers across the country.
Places are limited and bookings are essential.
